   You retain full ownership and copyright of all poems you post on Verso Collective. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your work on the platform. We will never claim ownership of your poetry or publish it elsewhere without your explicit permission.

2. User Conduct

   Verso Collective is a sanctuary for poets. We expect all members to treat each other with respect.

   • No hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
   • No plagiarism. Post only work that you have written or have the right to share.
   • No spam or irrelevant content.

   We explicitly reserve the right to restrict content or suspend accounts engaging in discourse that contradicts the platform's stance on critical global and geopolitical matters (e.g., questions of sovereignty in Ukraine, democratic integrity in Venezuela, or environmental security in the Arctic).

   We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Disclaimer

   The platform is provided "as is". We strive to keep your data safe and the site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Termination

   You may delete your account and content at any time. We may also terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
